The Tam High Foundation is committed to respecting the privacy of our donors.
What Information Do We Collect?
Tam High Foundation collects and maintains the following information:
1. Contact Information: Name, organization/company, complete address, phone number, email address, student data (including graduating class)
2. Donation information: Amounts donated, date of donation(s), method and campaign
How Information is Used
Tam High Foundation uses your data to maintain records of donations, send acknowledgements, mail year-end tax statements, send newsletters, notices and direct mail pieces, and for marketing purposes. Tam High Foundation will automatically add new parents’ contact information to its contact list, unless a request is made by the donor not to be contacted by THF. We do not list individuals’ names in any of our publications, without prior written consent. Corporate and Foundation sponsors are listed in our Annual Report and event programs. Credit card numbers are not retained once processed. Our website has a SSL certificate for maximum security.
No Sharing of Personal Information.
The Tam High Foundation will not sell, rent, trade or transfer any of its donors’ personal information to outside organizations. Use of donor information will be limited to the internal purposes of the Tam High Foundation and only to further its mission. Nevertheless, security measures may not prevent all losses, and the Tam High Foundation is not responsible for any damages or liabilities relating to security failures outside of its direct control.
